Q: What is my personal information used for?
We use your personal information only for billing and shipping. Information is never sold, rented or shared with any other service or company!
Q: Is my online information secure?
Your personal information will be protected by PayPal and the world’s most advanced encryption technologies. The padlock in your browser ensures your order will be securely processed.
Q: How long is my information kept for?
Credit card information and personal information are handled by PayPal and not used after product is successfully shipped.
Q: How will the order show on my statements?
Purchases made by credit card or online check will read on your statement as PAYPAL TRAZ.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked containers via U.S. Mail. Inside you will find your product in a factory-sealed, opaque poly bag. We do this for two reasons: First, it further protects the product during shipping and more importantly, should someone in your household unintentionally open the box, the contents in the opaque bag remain discreet. Secondly, it’s an environmental decision.  Less paper used means less trees are destroyed.
Q: Will I receive purchase confirmation?
Once an order is placed, you will receive an initial email with the order receipt. A second email will be sent with your assigned tracking number once the order has been completed and shipped. Be aware that it will be an additional 24-48 hours before will be able to offer accurate tracking information. Important: If you have submitted an invalid email address you will not receive automated notifications. Email addresses can not be modified once an order is submitted.

How do I return an item I have purchased?
You may return your Rhino if you are not satisfied within 30 days of receipt. We issue you a credit for your purchase, minus a restocking fee of $35. You are responsible for shipping and handling. However, before you return your Rhino, we’re happy to talk with you about what your dissatisfied with so that we can use that information to improve our performance and products.
